At IT Junior Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Eligibility for Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7–20 days of purchase (depending on the product category).

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

Software, digital products, and downloadable items.

Gift cards or promotional items.

Opened or used electronic devices and accessories (unless defective).

3. Refund Process

Return the product to the provided return address (shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Inspection & Approval – Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

Refund Issuance – Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account first.

Contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take time for the refund to be processed.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return.
